Made bread.

Fed the cattle.

Replaced a float valve & the hose on one of the water troughs.

Prep brisket for tomorrow by trimming off all but 1/4" of fat, slathering it with mustard & then applying a generous amount of our ranch rub/cracked pepper. Back in the refrigerator until 0800 hrs tomorrow.

Harvested eggplants, cucumbers & some more tomatoes.

Took a few days off. Went out to Willis and played in the dirt with my son. He's clearing some dirt on his property. Cleaned and dismantle the puppy play pen. Disinfect everything. All of our pups have found some great homes. Eight pups out 11 went to our veterans. One pup is in Alaska ! Talk about an " empty nest" feeling. Can't help but to get attach to these little boogers .

Somebody give me some ideas for something quick to do on the grill today. Appetizer type thing. Bacon wrapped something. Wife wants me to make something as her family is coming over.

Watered the garden because it wasn't suppose to rain. After doing the front section, it started to rain... Ended up with 1.26".

HVAC guy came out to do the yearly maintenance.

The sun came out this afternoon & there was no wind, so I spayed the last color coat on the back porch tables.

Did the weekly shopping.

I'm going to be offline for a while as I am upgrading our network's WiFi router. OK, I'm back... the TVs, tablet & weather station have been moved to the new wireless & the old one moved to the guesthouse.
