Potatoes are pretty easy to grow IMO. I have have always cut our seed potatoes & dipped the cuts in either powered sulfur or wood ash to prevent rot. 30 lbs of seed potatoes will routinely yield 300-360 lbs at harvest.

Nothing like homegrown potatoes!!!

I grow my small patch in bags. Still working out the best process but I get good yield

I grow mine in old feed bags, very easy no dig harvest and keep them coming all year

Down here alot of people use old tires and stack them as the potatoes grow. Then when they are ready just pull off the tires and search ;)
