Vinca seedlings in fall

I am wondering if my vinca seedlings can be transplanted into a container and survive indoors for the duration of the cold season. I'm definitely the type of person to salvage every flower or seed I can get! I have a full am sun bay window to put them in if it is at all possible.

I'll throw some ideas out here but am no expert - but I'm on the internet...

Depends no the vinca. Which one is this? It looks like the vinca minor I had growing (and couldn't kill) in my last yard in zone 4b. That is a hardy perennial and may not like missing the winter cold. I know that vine ground cover also goes far south in its range.

Many plants in temperate areas need a winter cold time and bringing them in for the winter will more often kill it than keep it alive.
