this is probably one of my favorite shrimp dish's.
1/4 cup chopped scallions or green onions
2 tsp minced garlic
1 c butter or margarine melted
2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp dried whole dill weed
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
3 French Rolls, halved & split lengthwise
Saute Scallions(or Onions) and garlic in butter until tender, add shrimp,lemon juice,white wine,salt and pepper, cook over medium heat, about 5 minutes,stirring occasionally. Stir in Dill weed and parsley, spoon shrimp over toasted roll,serve immediately.
ENJOY!!!
