Recipe for Candied Jalepenos?

Does anybody here have a good recipe for Candied Jalepenos? I made some today from a recipe I got off the Internet, but they are WAY too sweet and used powdered spices. I think I need a recipe that uses the real McCoy - like garlic pods, bay leaf, actual spice seeds, etc.

Same is the issue faced by me also I am also searching for it for long time but they all contain powdered spice and I really don't like it, one of my friend named camilla is trying her hand in this receipe and if she get success in it then will definitely post it here.
