fermented dill pickles

big fans of dill pickles, over the years we have tried many recipes some great, some omg and off to the compost pile they go....
couple winters ago was watching a alton brown show on pickles it was on doing fermented pickles..
wow talk about a great pickle with out canning <shame they only are a refrigerator pickle...
if you have the time make a small crook and try them.....

the wife packed the jars this morning the one on the right does not have a chance...yum
