Crape Myrtles are finally blooming

Thank you. The walls are are 12" thick & its VERY efficient. Even in the summer when it is 100+, our bill is $150 - 175 per month. Not bad for 3400 Sq. Ft. (all electric).

I also have a crape myrtle that I first crossbred 30+ years ago. We have kept propagating it and have had it at every house we've ever owned. We call it 'Red Thread' (its mostly white - with the slightest shade of pink & blood red 'threads'). Just started 9 more of them last week...

Mr. Ranch, I guess I missed the post earlier, but just want to say that you have a beautiful home. Is the Red Rocket a commercial variety or is it one you developed?

Commercial. Funny thing was they, used to be hard to find & then about 10 years ago they were readily available.
