Anybody Doing Any Grilling/Smoking for Christmas Eve/Day Dinner?

Planning on a 2" sirloin, twice-baked potatoes, stuffed japs & pinto beans here since its sunny & about 55 degrees.

It's currently 20 degrees outside. When it's that cold I stay in as much as possible. No grilling or smoking for me.
